The most recent PCB source note to Part 307 references docket R06-16. Unless I'm missing something, which

does happen, that docket amends Part 702. We think the Note should be R06-13.

You are correct that the docket number is incorrect. What appears as "amended in R06-15 at 30 III. Reg. 17811, effective

October 26, 2006" should have appeared as "amended in R06-13 at 30 III. Reg. 17811, effective October 26, 2006." I will

mark the correction in my copy of the text.
