HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 11, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Complainant is waiting for additional information from the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency, and the parties agree that the deadline for respondent
to answer the complaint is stayed pending settlement discussions.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on November 17, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
