HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 7, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Petitioner will review the administrative record to decide how it
wants to proceed. Petitioner also agreed to file a 60-day deadline waiver.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on September 15, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently November 6, 2008.
