HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 11, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency has made changes to
the settlement agreement already signed by respondent, and respondent plans to file a
motion to enforce the agreement as signed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on October 27, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
