HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 7, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The complainant represented that it will be filing a substitution of
attorney. It was agreed that the parties are to submit a proposed discovery schedule on or
before August 18, 2008. The schedule should also include suggested hearing dates for
the month of February 2009.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on September 11, 2008, at 12:00 p.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
