HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 7, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The respondent represented that it is awaiting the stipulation of facts
document from the complainant and that it anticipates that it will forward a draft of the
benefit analysis to the complainant for its review within the next 10 days. Depositions of
the benefit analysis witnesses to be completed on or before September 14, 2008. Hearing
dates for the month of December 2008 are to be discussed at the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status call with the hearing
officer on September 11, 2008, at 11:45 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by
the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
