HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 30, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. In light of the Board’s ruling in T-Town Drive Thru, Inc. v. IEPA,
PCB 07-85 (April 3, 2008), the parties are discussing settlement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on October 28, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
