HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 24, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondents have made some progress, but are now looking for a new
consultant.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on August 19, 2008. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
the complainant.
