HEARING OFFICER ORDER
A telephonic status conference was scheduled for July 24, 2008. The petitioner
informed the hearing officer that it had a scheduling conflict due to a family medical
emergency and asked that the conference be rescheduled. The respondent informed the
hearing officer that it had no objection.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on September 11, 2008, at 9:30 a.m. The status
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible
for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss
the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
