HEARING OFFICER ORDER
Due to a scheduling conflict on the part of the hearing officer, the telephonic
status conference scheduled for July 31, 2008, is hereby cancelled and continued to the
date and time noted below.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on August 14, 2008, at 10:45 a.m. Please
inform the hearing officer if the parties have a conflict with the rescheduled time. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
