HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 22, 2008, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. The parties continue to discuss the
possibility of settlement, and petitioner agreed to file an additional deadline waiver to
February 19, 2009.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on September 23, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline for this case is November 16, 2008.
