HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 22, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent reports continued progress in linking the mobile home
park to the Village of Morton’s public water supply. A bid request is being prepared for
the final leg of the water main installment.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on October 27, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
