HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 22, 2008, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Respondent’s technical unit is still working
on proposed permit language for petitioner’s consideration.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on October 22, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
