HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 21, 2008, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondents did not appear. Respondents are reminded that
incorporated entities must be represented by counsel in Board proceedings. In response
to a request to admit facts, respondent AET Environmental, Inc. filed a response that was
not sworn, and was not submitted by an attorney. Respondent E.O.R. Energy, LLC did
not respond. Complainant is now preparing a motion for summary judgment against both
respondents.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on October 20, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
