HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 21, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are waiting to hear from the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency regarding whether the technical requirements for inert landfills will apply.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on October 20, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
