HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 21, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties are working on a proposed stipulation and settlement
agreement with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, and are hopeful that this
matter will soon be resolved.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on September 22, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
