HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 17, 2008, a telephonic status conference was held. The complainant did
not appear due to a scheduling conflict. The respondent represented that the parties will
submit to the hearing officer a deposition schedule in the near future. It appears a
hearing may be necessary to resolve the above-captioned matter.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on September 25, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing.
