HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 16, 2008, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. As last reported, respondent was almost
finished with the site work, but needed to locate special equipment to remove the final
items.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:15 a.m. on August 19, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
