HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 16, 2008, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Complainant’s attorney was advised that the she had a wrong
telephone number for respondent. Respondent is directed to contact complainant’s
attorney, Michelle Ryan, at
217/782-5544 to provide a phone number at which he can be reached for future status
conferences. Complainant will also check with its inspector to determine if further
instructions were given to respondent.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 8:15 a.m. on August 18, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
