On July 15, 2008, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. Respondent did not appear. The parties continue to exchange comments on the
proposed settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on August 19, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
