    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G.T. Girard):
    On June 26, 2008, the parties timely filed a joint request to extend the 35-day period
    within which Waste Management of Illinois, Inc. (Waste Management) may appeal a May 22,
    2008 determination of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    5/40(a)(1) (2006); 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.206. The Agency’s determination concerns Waste
    Management’s Chain of Rocks recycling and disposal facility located at 3399 West Chain of
    Rocks Road in Granite City, Madison County. In the determination, the Agency issued a
    National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit to Waste Management with
    conditions.
    The Board extends the appeal period until July 28, 2008, as the parties request.

    on or before that date, the Board will dismiss this case and close the docket.
