HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 10, 2008, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent did not
appear. The complainant represented that the parties appear to have reached a settlement
and anticipate that a stipulation and proposal for settlement (stipulation) will be filed with
the Board within the next 10 days.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on August 21, 2008, at 9:30 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If,
however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next status conference, the conference will be
cancelled without further notice.
