HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 8, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer. The respondent represented that it anticipates that it will review the draft permit
application and forward it to the petitioner today, July 8, 2008. To that end, it was agreed that
the record is now due to be filed on or before July 22, 2008.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on July 16, 2008, at 9:30 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
