HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 1, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties recently learned that the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency discovered new violations at the site. However, since the violations were minor
and weather-related, complainant agreed to incorporate language into the settlement
agreement to address future compliance. Respondent is reviewing the new language.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:30 a.m. on September 8, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
