HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 1, 2008, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. Respondent did not appear. As last reported, the outstanding issues pertaining to this
permit had been resolved, and respondent was going to decide whether language from a
previously submitted renewal application should be folded into this permit. Petitioner has not
heard from respondent since the last status call. Respondent is directed to contact petitioner
before the next status conference to discuss this issue.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on August 12, 2008. To attend the telephone status conference, please call

Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
