HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 30, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent is mailing the motion for summary judgment today, and
complainant will contact the hearing officer if additional response time is needed. At the
parties request, no status conference will be scheduled until the Board rules on the motion
for summary judgment.
If the Board does not rule on the motion by November 6, 2008, the hearing officer
will issue an order advising the parties of the status of the motion.
