HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 30, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent sent a counter-proposal to complainant regarding the
penalty amount. Complainant’s attorney does not expect respondent’s proposal to be
approved. At the next status conference a discovery schedule and hearing date may be
set.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 1:30 p.m. on July 29, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
