HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 30, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Complainant will file a motion for summary judgment by September
2, 2008. At the next status conference, respondents’ deadline for response will be set.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. CDT on September 8, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
