HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 15, 2005, the Board granted complainant’s motion to stay this
proceeding until such time as the Board orders otherwise. On June 30, 2008,
complainant reported that settlement negotiations are on-going for the joint federal and
state global initiative against respondent. The parties expect major progress by the end of
2008.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on September 29, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
