HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 26, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The respondent represented that it hopes its technical personnel
forward a draft of the construction permit prior to the next telephonic status conference.
To that end, the respondent’s record in the above-captioned matter is now due on or
before August 22, 2008. The petitioner represented that it will file an additional 60-day
waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on August 14, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. The status conference must be
initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
