HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 26, 2008, the petitioner informed the hearing officer that it anticipates
that it will forward a letter to the respondent in the near future and continue to discuss
and resolve any disputes informally. The petitioner represented that it will file an
additional 60-day waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on September 4, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. The status conference must be
initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
