the hearing officer. Petitioner submitted additional information, and is waiting for a
response from respondent’s technical unit. Respondent’s attorney will find out the status
of the review
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on August 26, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
