HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 23, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioners are deciding how to proceed with this appeal in light of the recent
appeal filed in PCB 08-93 (Williamson County and Williamson County Board v. Kibler
Development Corp., Marion Ridge Landfill, and Illinois Environmental Protection Agency).
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 1:30 p.m. on July 22, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioners.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
