HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 24, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent approved an amended budget, and prior to dismissing this case,
petitioner is evaluating whether the work can be completed with the funding approved.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. September 23, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
