HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 23, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondents agreed to send complainants the responses to the
requests to produce documents next week. After complainants have a chance to review
the documents, they will decide whether to file a motion to compel additional disclosure.
Respondents plan to conduct depositions by mid-August.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on July 14, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainants.
