HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 23, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant continues to wait for certain discovery documents that are being
used in federal court. That trial has been postponed, and the parties do not know when it is set to
begin.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on September 22, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
