HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 23, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency is reviewing changes to the
interim order, and the parties believe they are down to relatively minor issues. The parties hope
to know more after the conference call on the federal case later this week.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on July 21, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
