HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 18, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The respondent represented that it anticipates that it will have a draft permit
application within the next 10 days for the petitioner to review. To that end, it was agreed that
the record is now due to be filed on or before July 15, 2008. The telephonic status conference
that was previously scheduled for June 26, 2008, is cancelled and continued to the date and time
noted below.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on July 8, 2008, at 9:30 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
