HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 17, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent is almost finished with the site work, but needs to locate
special equipment to remove the final items. When the final items are removed,
complainant will send respondent a stipulation.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on July 16, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
