HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 16, 2008, complainant contacted the hearing officer to request that the
hearing scheduled for June 18, 2008 be postponed until August 13, 2008. According to
complainant, respondent has made significant progress at the site. If respondent
completes the clean-up before August 13, 2008, complainant is willing to cancel the
hearing and settle the case.
No further status calls are scheduled before the August 13, 2008 hearing. The
parties may contact the hearing officer if any issues arise.
