HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 17, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondents report that some progress has been made, but Mr.
Jordan will need about a month to recover from knee surgery scheduled in July.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on July 16, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
