HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 16, 2008, the parties participated separately in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. At the next status conference, additional discovery
dates will be set, including a deadline for respondent’s response to complainants’
discovery requests.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on July 15, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainants.
