On June 12, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that language regarding the stipulation and proposal for
settlement (stipulation) is still being discussed and exchanged. Without objection, respondent's
answer or other pleading is now due to be filed on or before August 29, 2008.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on August 14, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. The telephonic conference
must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior to the
next conference, the conference will be cancelled without further notice.
