On June 10, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are waiting for respondent's technical unit to prepare the new permit
for public notice. Petitioner agreed to file an additional deadline waiver within the next seven
days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on July 22, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
The statutory decision deadline is currently September 18, 2008.
