officer. Respondent is revising the draft permit for petitioner's review.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on August 12, 2008. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this case.
