HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 5, 2008, the petitioner filed a motion for an extension of time to file it post-
hearing brief. The petitioner represented that the extension is sought due to necessary personal
matters and other business matters. The petitioner requests that it be given until June 27, 2008,
to file its post-hearing brief in this matter.
On June 11, 2008, the respondent represented that it had no objection and that June 27,
2008, would be satisfactory. The respondent proposed July 28, 2008, as the filing date for its
response brief. The respondent, however, represented that due to internal issues, its filing date of
July 28, 2008, may have to be revisited in the future.
To that end, the petitioner's motion is granted and its brief is now due to be filed on or
before June 27, 2008. The respondent's response brief is now due to be filed on or before July
28, 2008. The petitioner's reply brief, if any, is now due to be filed on or before August 18,
2008. The briefing schedule may need to be revisited in the future.
