Making R08-009

I have great interest in the water quality of the North Branch of the Chicago River. My daughter,

Helen Morrison, owns a condo at 550 N. Kingsbury. I am planning canoe trips on the River. I

would feel safer if the MWRD disinfected its effluent. I also feel strongly that temperatures and

dissolved oxygen levels should be set to protect fish and wildlife in our waterways.
