HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 31, 2008, the parties submitted an agreed and proposed discovery
schedule. The proposed discovery schedule is accepted to the extent as follows.
Disclosure of fact witnesses to be completed on or before June 30, 2008. Fact
depositions completed and disclosure of expert witnesses on or before July 31, 2008.
Expert deposition notices on or before August 15, 2008. Expert depositions completed
on or before September 30, 2008.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on August 7, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
