WITHDRAWAL OF PETITION FOR ADJUSTED STANDARD
NOW COMES Petitioner, MIDWEST GENERATION, LLC, WILL COUNTY
GENERATING STATION, by and through its attorneys, SCHIFF HARDIN LLP, and
withdraws its Petition for Adjusted Standard filed in this matter. Petitioner has chosen to opt in
to the Combined Pollutant Standard at 35 Ill.Adm.Code Part 225, Subpart F, adopted by the
Board in R06-26, and finds that it provides sufficient flexibility to address the issues intended to
be covered by the requested adjusted standard.
