HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 29, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. Discussion centered on scheduling a hearing in these matters for the
week of September 15, 2008. The anticipated forum was not available for a portion of
that week, and the hearing officer directed the parties to contact their respective
witnesses to discern whether they would be available for the weeks in October, 2008.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on June 5, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference, the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and potential hearing dates.
